Swiss Steak. 2 pounds of steak (round, sirloin, cube, minute) 1 cup flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp paprika ¼ cup olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 onions, sliced 2 peppers, diced 2 celery stalks, sliced 2 cans of diced tomatoes ½ cup water 1 can tomato paste, bake, covered in 325 oven for 2 hrs.
